Cancellation Policy

General
All sessions are scheduled for a fixed time and cannot be extended. This policy exists to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jennijohnson.co.uk

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation without notice and full payment will be retained

In cases of genuine emergency, rescheduling fees may be waived at our discretion.

Late Arrivals
If you know in advance that you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Sessions will still end at the scheduled time

  • No refunds or extensions will be provided for time lost due to late arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be treated as a cancellation without notice and full payment will be retained.


Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend your session and do not provide notice in advance, the session will be treated as a cancellation without notice and full payment will be retained.

Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to book future sessions.

In cases of genuine emergency, fees may be waived at our discretion.

Session Cancellation
If you need to cancel a session, please notify us by email at support@jennijohnson.co.uk

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will not be charged

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation without notice and full payment will be retained


Cancellation Without Notice

A cancellation without notice includes:

  • failure to attend a session

  • arrival more than 15 minutes late

  • cancellation or rescheduling requests made outside the notice periods above

In these cases, the full session fee will be retained.


If We Need to Cancel
If we are unable to deliver a session as scheduled:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible

  • We will offer to reschedule at the earliest available opportunity

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided

No fees will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling initiated by us.
